I like the push and pull of the brushwork and pigments on this painting On another note, my wonderful daughter gave a surprise birthday party and it really was a surprise! I so enjoyed seeing family that live a Sunday;s drive or longer, all gathered together. The older one gets, the people who attend a birthday party are more valuable than any gift.
