4 x 4 inches, Oil on Gessoboard - Sold I've been very busy enjoying the company of my granddaughter.  We are doing things like going to the Mall, taking archery lessons, going to the ice cream stand.  She shops the malls just like me:  Get in, get out.  I prefer shopping on-line and having all delivered right to my door. This morning, while she was still sleeping, I was able to sneak in some studio time.  I'm feeling balanced.

I've been trying to fix the blogger problem, but now find I have a computer problem.  See, I don't know what I'm doing, but that doesn't stop me from pressing buttons.   Even though my screen doesn't have the same layout, I'm good because I can post today's painting.

This little girl, is inspired by a recent post to my facebook page.  Some people do a great job sharing their time and resources with Hummingbirds.  One woman set up many feeders for Hummingbirds just outside her living room where she keeps one window open.   She enjoyed a little broad billed Hummingbird visitor who wanted to perch on her finger.  After a short while she flew to to feeder again to join the others but while the visit took place, someone filmed it and thus posted on facebook. I have to say, these kind of posts make my day...maybe my week.
